Judges' Comments
I really like this aquascape, which has a remarkable visual impact! The planting is lush and well established, with an arrangement that helps recreate a natural, wild environment. In some areas, however, the vegetation is particularly dense and tends to obscure parts of the hardscape design, making the structure of the driftwood less clearly defined. Greater attention to the management of plant volumes and the separation of visual layers could have enhanced the composition even further. The choice of a blue background is also excellent, creating a nocturnal atmosphere that perfectly complements the title of the aquascape.
