It's quit rare to use round stones like this in stone scape, but this arrangement looks refreshing and well-balanced, truly pleasing to the eye.

Stones with Character A truly appealing stone arrangement, with an unconventional visual language and fascinating surface textures. What immediately catches the eye is the lighting and photography. The colours are attractive, and the scene has a beautifully soft, almost dreamlike quality. This gives the layout an almost fairy-tale atmosphere. The spatial arrangement is rather unorthodox, owing not only to the placement of the stones but also to the unusual positioning of the background plants. While a gap in the planting creates an opening near the upper-left focal point, a subtle sense of depth emerges instead to the right of the main stone. Overall, the planting is well balanced, and its colours complement the palette of the composition beautifully. I was initially a little uncertain about the Micranthemum and Marsilea in the foreground, but I have come to appreciate how their yellowish-green tones complement the rest of the layout. Here, too, the plants occupy an unusual, isolated patch in the foreground, yet somehow this does not cause any real visual distraction. On the contrary, the arrangement feels surprisingly natural despite its unconventional choices. My warmest congratulations on this distinctive piece of work, which earned my personal first place in the small aquarium category!
