#1371 Lava Flow (Year: 100)
About This Aquascape
# Lava Flow — Year 100 A century after a volcanic eruption, life begins to reclaim a landscape once shaped by fire and destruction. Fractured lava rock forms the foundation of the aquascape, while weathered driftwood rises from the terrain like the remains of an ancient forest. Monte Carlo slowly colonizes the volcanic ledges, and delicate vegetation establishes itself among the crevices. Deep red stems evoke the lingering memory of molten lava. The composition explores the contrast between geological permanence and biological renewal. Its irregular terrain, exposed rock and pockets of vegetation capture a landscape in transition—no longer barren, yet still visibly shaped by its violent origins. **Lava Flow — Year 100** is a portrait of nature's resilience: a century of quiet regeneration following a moment of extraordinary destruction.

Judges' Comments
I think the aquascape has a lot of space that could be filled with more plants.
