Judges' Comments
Everything is so perfect - except for the foreground. i understand that it is intended to leave the foreground exposed but the color of the substrate used in the foreground kind of make the tank look like work in progress. This has inevitably marked down the "overall impression" slightly. Otherwise - this would be one of my top tanks in this category, as the rest of the execution is really excellent. having said that, this is still one of my favorites.
