This paludarium has some beautiful elements that are well-presented. Plants appear to be in great health, showcasing a variety that is interesting and visually stimulating. The paludarium suffers from a lack of integration between species, creating a composition that feels unbalanced from the left to right side. The left wall of the display feels detached from the rest of the layout. The transition from the top to the bottom of the layout is gentle and very subtle. Life below the surface also feels varied from the left to right. The right side of this composition is fantastic, leading the eye from the tall grasses down to the shorter species below the surface. The same, unfortunately, cannot be said for the right. All things considered, this is a good paludarium that has the potential to become great with some culling of certain elements on the left side that unbalance it.
A lighter colored substrate would give you a bit of pop, keep it from looking too dark and give more definition to your aquatic plants.
