This is an unconventional choice but i selected this tank as my favorite in the 220L+ category. It is special and i think it implemented the Wabi-Sabi spirit to the fullest and in perfection. In the modern aquascaping contests that are dominated by sophisticated hardscapes, this is like a breeze of fresh air and i simply cannot take my eyes off this amazing creation. The mixture of plants, the use of colors, the fantastic play of light and shadow, the unpretentious representation of nature and the excellent understanding of underwater atmosphere, all these wonderful executions just make this layout one of the most unique one in 2025. It takes courage to create something that is not in trend and so original in an international contest. I do not know what the final ranking of this tank will be as this is really something out of the usual contest trend but I would like to give this creator my highest appreciation and admiration.
