Judges' Comments
This is well-composed layout. The hardscape alone provides a smooth transition from life above to below the surface. There are some indications of humidity damage amongst the moss wall, which would be best removed prior to documentation. The planting in the submerged portion feels underdeveloped in contrast to that above the surface, giving the impression of being added prior to submittal. The inclusion of air plants does not assist the layout, but rather distracts from the gesture of the driftwood. The intentionality of the hardscape elements, mister location, and mosses is all evident. It is unfortunate the submerged portion does not mirror this in full.

I feel like if you had used 1 bold plant, something with drastically different or larger leaves, it would give you a resting place for your eyes and keep them from looking for something to focus on. You could secure the plants on the wood with glue rather than line that is so visible.
